Time to register for the PTPA May 2010 Meeting!
Yes! PTPA will meet immediately before the PBS meeting in Austin, TX. We have a great meeting planned. A complete Meeting Agenda is available see documents listed below; the agenda, the registration form and the scholarship application form.
To register for the meeting and/or apply for a scholarship, please follow the directions on the respective forms. If you have any problems opening the documents or have questions, please call Nancy at (520) 299 1866 x11 or email nancy@tracmedia.com.
The PTPA meeting will be held immediately before the PBS meeting and at the same property. We will start with dinner on Sunday, May 16, meet all day Monday, May 17 and end with the Programmer of the Year Dinner immediately following the PBS reception on Monday night. We accept credit cards for payment of registration fees. You must register separately for the PBS meeting.

ON SITE REGISTRATION IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE PTPA MEETING
Stipend Application:
We have a limited number of Jerry Trainor $250.00 stipends available to assist you in attending this meeting. You must be employed at a PTPA member station in order to qualify. Please complete the attached stipend request if you wish to be considered for a stipend.
Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your registration, a request must be sent in writing via fax to (520) 577-6077 or via email to nancy@tracmedia.com. If you do not receive a confirmation of cancellation within 24 hours of submission, it means we did not receive it and your registration is still open. Please call if you do not receive an email confirmation with-in 24 hours.

Registration cancellations received before May 1 will receive a full refund.

Registration cancellations received between May 1 and May 8 will receive a refund less a $100 cancellation fee.

Registration cancellations received after May 8 will not be eligible for a refund.

Rooms at The Hilton Austin at the discounted PBS rate can only be booked on-line, and only AFTER you register for PBS Showcase. If you are not attending the PBS meeting and wish to stay at the Hilton, please email me directly: nancy@tracmedia.com so that I can book your hotel room for you. The room rate is $184 single or double/night, plus 15% tax.

Our meeting will begin on Sunday, May 16 evening with a dinner/reception. The meeting itself will start on Monday, May 17 with breakfast, followed by a day of information-packed, interactive and useful sessions. We will end at 5:00 PM. The Programmer of the Year Dinner will start at 7:30 PM, immediately following the PBS reception.
